In order to provide as many services as possible at the local level, District One has developed a Visiting Specialists Clinic. The clinic utilizes physician specialists from a number of well-respected clinics and hospitals. Although not full-time medical staff members, these specialists see patients regularly at District One and provide specialty services for patients who are usually referred by their personal physician.
