HealthFinders Collaborative Launches Medical, Pharmacy Services for Uninsured.

HealthFinders Collaborative, a countywide organization working to address the healthcare needs of the uninsured, has started providing medical services and prescription assistance for low-income, uninsured community members. Through a network of volunteer physicians and nurses, medical services are available at the Little Prairie United Methodist Church, in rural Dundas, is the host site for medical services.

The clinic is open Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Medical services are available by appointment only. To make an appointment, call 507-330-4031 (Faribault) or 507-663-0134 (Northfield).

District One Hospital, along with all medical clinics and hospitals in the county, is participating in the project by donating lab and diagnostic testing for patients referred by HealthFinders providers.
